1. Shipping Methods

- All India Transport Booking (Truck / Tempo)
- Courier Services (for small & light parcels)
- Porter / On-Demand Delivery (within city limits)
The mode of transport will be finalized based on product nature and customer requirements.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines: may vary depending on stock availability, location, and transporter:
- Local Delivery: Same day or next working day (subject to stock availability)
- Outstation Delivery: 2–7 working days, depending on destination and transporter availability
3. Dispatch & Handling
Orders are dispatched after confirmation of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
All products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
4. Responsibility After Dispatch
Once the goods are handed over to the transporter/courier, Ram Nath & Sons shall not be responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Acceptance
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and informed to us within 24 hours.
