Working Principle
The FAZ II Plus operates using a torque-controlled expansion mechanism:
- Tightening the nut pulls the cone into the expansion sleeve
- Sleeve expands against the drill hole wall
- Creates strong frictional and mechanical interlock
- Ensures immediate and secure load transfer
Installation Benefits
- Faster installation (no hole cleaning needed for most sizes)
- Easy torque-controlled setting
- Suitable for series installation with setting tools
- Option to use filling disc (FFD) for seismic applications
- Compatible with injection mortar for dynamic load setups
