At Ram Nath & Sons, we deal in globally trusted, certified fastening solutions from brands like Hilti and Fischer. Due to the specialized and industrial nature of our products, the following Return & Refund Policy applies:
1. No Return / No Exchange
All goods once sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are advised to carefully verify product specifications, quantities, and suitability before placing an order.
2. No Refund
Since goods once sold cannot be taken back, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Supply
In the rare event that a product is supplied in a damaged condition or an incorrect item is delivered, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic evidence.
Any resolution in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Ram Nath & Sons.
4. Payment Terms
If payment is not made within the stipulated time, interest @ 18% per annum will be charged until the outstanding amount is cleared.
5. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with purchases from Ram Nath & Sons shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
